Art is originally from Rhode Island and finally settled in Yuba City after graduating  High School from Live Oak High in Morgan Hill. Having his family be in the car industry, Art started working for the family business right out of High School and worked with them for the next 20 years until they sold the business, but continued to sell at other dealerships for an additional 7 years. His favorite part about the car industry is interacting with people.
Staying true to his roots, Art loves to entertain and cook. Art has a great personality and brings a lively energy to the dealership. He is a huge Broncos fan, so we know who he'll be going for this weekend! He also enjoys watching boxing and MMA. How to fix bad credit



Your credit and credit score is something essential to many things, like buying a car. Here are a few tips and facts about credit to keep you on the right track.
Think of your credit report as a report card of your credit history. If you want to improve your credit score, that means you have to improve your report. The good news is, that YOU have control of that. Here are a few reasons as to why you have a low credit score and how to fix it:
1. You have both high debt and bad marks - This is where you can go one of two ways, hire a pro or fix it yourself. For very little money, you can work with a pro to help you get your credit score back at a low cost. If you were to do it yourself, this will take a lot of time, energy and research, but it is the cheaper route.
2. You have a short credit history - build your credit by starting low-limit cards, retail cards, etc. However, don't over do it. Do not apply for more than four cards.
3. You have bad marks on your report - When you are working with the credit card company to pay it off, make a condition with them, that they will delete the listing from your report. Get this is writing, so you insure it will be done.
4. You have debts and no bad marks - cards with high credit card balances will kill your score. Get your balances in check and keep your balances down.
Other great tips to getting a hold of your credit score is: pay down your cards to within their limits, pay them all off if you have the dough, pay them off, then close all but four keeping your oldest, and ask for higher limits from your credit card company.

How often do I rotate my tires?

Tire rotation is important in eliminating premature wear on your tires, could potentially save you money and ensures safe driving. The reason we rotate tires, is because the front and rear tires wear differently, so we want to equalize the tread wear and maximize the life of the tires. We suggest that you rotate your tires every 5,000 miles or when you get your oil changed. Ford offers the tire rotation within their Works Fuel Saving Package that we blog about earlier. You can also refer to your owners manual for more specifics on tire rotation.

You can rotate your tires several different ways, shown in the chart above. Front to rear, rear to front or in an x-pattern. Chevy never thought that he would follow in his father footsteps, Carlos Santana, who has been in the industry for 20 years now. However, cars were always of interest to him and has great product knowledge of many vehicle makes. With customer satisfaction as his number one priority, he would easily be described as someone that is laid back and not pushy towards his customers. What he has enjoyed most about being at Hoblit Motors is that it is a family atmosphere.

DEF - Diesel Exhaust Fluid

Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) is used to reduce NOx emissions. It is a mixture of deionized water and chemically pure Urea. This is not a product that you add to your diesel fuel. There is a separate 15-20 gallon holding tank where it is injected into the diesel exhaust system. Your vehicle will not properly operate without DEF. When DEF levels are low, you will notice a loss of horsepower, and when it is absent, your vehicle will only be able to go a limited speed and eventually idle mode only.
